Spring Fever

Do you ever get Spring Fever early?  Several months before Spring?  I know that some years I have.  I just want the snow to melt.  The temperature to heat up a little, approx in the 60s to 70s.  Take off on an adventure.  Sounds so exciting and fun.  To see and experience something new.
