Simple Fitness


If your New Year's Resolution ended up being fitness.  Here are several simple ideas on things you can do:

1.  Take a walk with your neighborhood friends or with your dog(s).
2.  Hike.
3.  Go ice skating.
4.  Do jumping jacks at home.
5.  Stretch.

Once you are finished with these you could reward yourself with a funny movie.  Remember, laughing burns calories.  :)
