Do you have any adventures planned this weekend?

I'm pretty sure most of you have something planned this Memorial Day weekend.  It is a time to remember those who have fallen in service to their country.  Their past efforts have given us the ability to live in the world we do today.  I appreciate what they have done for us and want their family and friends to know they have my deepest respect.

On Oahu in Hawai'i there are a couple Memorial Day ceremonies happening this weekend.  These are both happening on Monday, May 27th, 2019.  The first ceremony is the 70th Annual Mayors Ceremony to host Chief of Naval Operations.  It starts at 8:30 a.m. for more information, click on my link.  The other is the Shinnyo Lantern Floating Hawai'i.

Finally, did you know that May is National Bike Month?  It is sponsored by the American League of Bicyclists.  I enjoy getting on my road or mountain bike and going for a ride; do you?  If so, make sure you do a bike check, then, ask your friends and family if they'd like to go with you and have a good time.  Today, I did my bike check, got on my bike and went for a ride.  I had a wonderful time.
