UMFA Exhibit - Bingham Copper Mine
This Saturday is Free Third Saturday, day at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts.
Copper Sculptures | FREE
When: Sat, June 21, 1pm – 4pm
Come
to the UMFA to explore a new exhibit that looks at the Bingham Copper
Mine, the largest man-made excavation on earth, and the many artists’
views of it throughout the years. On this Third Saturday, we will be
making our own art out of copper, hammering and shaping it into flat
sculptures called bas reliefs.
