TODAY


This was difficult to be positive this morning.  I felt like I had woken up on the wrong side of the bed.  However, I decided to have a much more positive attitude than yesterday.  I didn't want to let my little rut ruin my day.  I usually start feeling better when I know there are goals, plans and dreams I want to accomplish.  I write down my list and as I cross off each one.  I feel better about myself and the direction I am going.

Then, when I got to work, I changed the daily quote box I have at my desk and it stated:
"The place you are in needs you today."

It made me realize how important our presence is to everyone around us.  How everything we do each day affects us and others in tiny ways that add up.  It made me feel better about where I am and what I'm doing.
