Discouraged?

Always remember that you have the power and control to make positive changes in your life.  Life can be complicated, but many times you know what the answer is and what you need to do to make your life better.  
I've learned that small steps are the best steps to take for change.  For example, you want to lose weight?  One idea is to take away just one snack, don't quit cold turkey.  You want to spend more time doing the things you love?   One idea is to make room for 30 minutes in your day for one thing you enjoy.  You'll feel happier for taking care of yourself!  You're important, too!
