Sunrise + Sunset

Earlier this month I got up at 5:00 a.m. and it was too dark to go running outside.  I know I went running around that time practically a week before, and there was still some light.  It amazes me how quickly the daylight hours change.  I know it's a gradual process, but it sometimes seems so abrupt.
