Rollerblading

My kids were invited to a birthday party at Classic Fun Center in Sandy, UT.  They allow kids to bring their scooters, rollerblades, and skates or you can rent them.  After the pizza, I asked my kids which item they would like me to rent for them.  My youngest chose a scooter (he uses his scooter a lot at home).  My oldest decided to try out roller blades.  I was so proud when he got out there.  He would fall down, get up, fall down, and get up over and over.  He was so persistent, even when some kids that would pass us and laugh.  I just told him to ignore them.  I'm sure they fell just as much when they were learning.  I'm so proud that he tired something new and was so persistent.  :)
