Makeup

I've never been one to use makeup.  Every once in a while.  I put on some mascara here, a little eye liner there, but I can't even remember the last time I used base - maybe 2003, 2002.  Yeah, it's that old.  Sitting along with all of my nail polishes, face masks, and hair dryers/curling irons unused.  Recently though, I had a thought.  When should women start using makeup?  I really don't know the answer to this question.  I'm going to ask my friends and see what they say.  Then, report my findings on my blog.  What do you say?
