Daylight Savings Time

When daylight savings time begins I feel like I need to be outdoors.  Today, after work, I quickly changed and we went to the park by the kids school.  It was fun.  I took Scruffy, my dog.  I ran with him for a while until he was too tired to go another step.  My kids played on the playground while I finished my run around the park.
