Time Issue...
I have one theory that explains my time issue. I still think that there is more to this, but this theory is quite accurate - I'll admit. I talked to a friend the other day and they told me the reason why I feel like I don't have any time is due to the fact that I try to cram so much into said amount of time. For instance, I expect to get several projects that would normally take 2-3 hours to do in 1 hour or less. This does make some sense. Do you find yourself doing this?

Time is very interesting. The faster you try to do something without watching the clock, the slower you end up dong it. If you are able to watch the clock while doing it, you can end up doing it faster. That watching the clock while doing the task -very seldom is possible, however.
ReplyDeleteThat working for a diminisher type boss in relation to your job is also very interesting.
Those people keep your job on the line - I mean they are always anxious to give the firing threat out. And actually do it to others you have known.
I have seldom seen one that is not that type. Most are that type.
For me - it has promoted a terrific amount of prayer in the past.
Regarding time passage while going to work for one of those deminishers -One very significant time was when I was Ten minutes late in starting for work, and the clock was right - I checked it!
You can imagine I was hoping to have a job. -So I was doing an exceeding amount of prayer - hoping against hope that I could get to work - wishfully - although knowing it would be impractical to do so - to prevent being fired!
I must have done some terrific prayer on the way, as everything - all the clouds in the valley looked layered and calm -and despite the fact that it took 30 minutes to get there safely without overspeeding, which I did not, as it would have been hopeless anyway, I arrived there 10 minutes early.
That prayer of mine must have been very strong, although it didn't seem that strong to me - but, amazingly time reversed on the way and went backwards. 30 minutes travel time plus 10 minutes late plus getting there 10 minutes early, meant time for me went backwards 50 minutes. It did not look like it was doing so on the way to work, though. -Everything looked perfectly normal!
So Someone that can be prayed to is not a Diminisher. Please don't experiment with this way of getting to work on time. Use only when desperate. I think that Special Someone only does it in a desperate pinch.
