Wilson

I'm a little bummed.  I wanted to talk about all of my fun and interesting experiences today and think this week was wonderful.  It's hard to not think about Japan.  Anyway, moving on.  I had an interesting experience yesterday.  I was asked to draw Wilson from the movie Castaway, on a Wilson Brand volleyball.  The above picture is one someone gave to me.

I sat for 15-20+ minutes looking at the volleyball and the picture.  Wondering if I could copy it w/out using paint.  I really think it would be easier to use paint.  I was having anxiety during this time.  Then, told myself, just do it.  So I did.

Here's my artwork copy of Wilson.  I ended up using two sharpie markers.  I was happy to see that it turned out well..  Some people told me it looked like a decal or stick on of some kind.
