Lunch Group TM (Trade Mark)

Last week on Friday was my third week of Lunch Group™.  Unfortunately, a lot of the Lunch Group™ regulars couldn't make it.  However, we had a couple wonderful guests.  In the end I thought it turned out well.  The above picture is what I ended up cooking.  It's my Chicken Capellini Pomodoro.  I found out a new trick (since I normally do not have to pack my food separately and I don't usually transport food in large containers) to use when transporting spaghetti noodles.  Which is to put in a tablespoon of olive oil while the noodles are still warm.  That way they don't stick together.  I'm sure a lot of people already know this trick.  However, it was a first for me.
