Can you believe it?


Monday marked the end of the first month of the New Year.  Reflect back on your resolutions.  Have you improved?  You don't need to improve a lot, just a little bit.  Don't put yourself down, just think about your goal throughout the day.  Are you moving towards it?  If not, take small actions towards it.  Just that little change make a large difference.
