Take a Walk

I haven't been able to run at all recently.  We have terrible air quality in Utah during the winter because of weather inversions.  Weather inversions occur when warmer temperatures exist at a higher altitude than the cooler air.  When this happens, the cooler, denser air is trapped below the warmer air and they cannot mix.  Therefore, all the pollution generated on the ground is trapped with the cooler air and remains at the lower altitude.  Since all of the pollution remains in the valleys and that means it's not good for me to be running outside.  However, I'm thinking I'm going to start walking my dogs at least a couple times a week during the night.  That way I get some exercise.  I feel so cooped up recently.
